<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker which guides a cooking pan to a proper position if it is out of position with respect to a heating part, thereby preventing a reduction of a heating efficiency by induction heating. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic cooker is equipped with: left and right heating coils 4a, 5a arranged below the heating part indicated on top of a top plate to induction-heat the cooking pan on the heating part; a plurality of infrared sensors 24a to 24h and 25a to 25d emitting a light upward to the cooking pan on the heating part and outputting a signal based on an amount of the light received when the infrared ray is reflected; and a control circuit 33 which determines whether all signals from the plurality of infrared sensors 24a to 24h and 25a to 25d have been detected and warns a user to move the cooking pan on the heating part to the proper position if any one of the signals is not detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
