<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold made of amorphous resin low in cost while excelling in environmental resistance, particularly in chemical resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The manifold 10a, 10b, 10c, or 10d has a base material part 12 made of amorphous resin, a solenoid valve 16 including a plurality of solenoid valves 20 which are valve elements, and a joint 18 including a plurality of pipe joints 22. The whole surface of the base material part 12 is covered with a protective film 14 which is a fine film made of a chemically stable material, so as to eliminate a pinhole.
