LIPOSOME, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIPOSOME AND MEDICINAL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome having high imaging ability for a lesion part, including a gas or a droplet efficiently encapsulated therein, and exhibiting excellent therapeutic effects in a heating and coagulating therapeutic method (a method by high intensity focused ultrasound). SOLUTION: The liposome includes biocompatible micelles including perfluorohydrocarbon. The perfluorohydrocarbon in the inside of the micelle is, for example, perfluoro-n-pentane. The surface of the liposome is modified with transferrin. Doxorubicin is included in the interior of the liposome as a sonochemistry activator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
