PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition relating to a stabilization field of a B-stage dielectric material composition. SOLUTION: A stable organopolysilica composition including a B-stage organopolysilica resin, a method for stabilizing such the B-stage organopolysilica resin composition and a process for producing an electronic device using the stable composition, are disclosed.
