<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display capable of reducing stress generated between layers including a thin-film transistor using an organic semiconductor layer and a pixel electrode, thereby preventing deterioration of transistor characteristics to improve display characteristics and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The display includes a substrate where thin-film transistors using organic semiconductor layers are arrayed, an interlayer insulating film formed on the substrate to cover the thin-film transistors, and a pixel electrode provided on the interlayer insulating film.
