<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical blind enabling a decorative feature to be easily provided to the louver and also enabling the decoration provided to the louver to be changed. <P>SOLUTION: This vertical blind includes a decorative cover 14 having a front cover 16 and a rear cover 18. A louver 12 is inserted between the front cover 16 and the rear cover 18.
