PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and a new coating material which make the most of features of impingement mixing (super-quick drying, impact resistance, rigidity, chemical resistance, low-temperature characteristic, or the like). SOLUTION: (1) A method includes coating a heat-insulating coating material and a foamed type coating material using impingement mixing, and provides excellent heat insulation. (2) The method employs impingement mixing, and is substituted for powder slush method. (3) The coating material for impingement mixing is mixed with a disinfectant and a deodorant to have antimicrobial property and deodorizing function.
