PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an induction machine from falling into a step-out state, which is caused by such a problem that when the speed difference between induction machines increases under collective control of multiple induction machines, a calculation error arises in the induction machine speed to expand the actual slip of the induction machine. SOLUTION: An induction machine control device is additionally provided with a magnetic flux calculator which receives the output from a speed detector provided in an induction machine as a detection speed, and calculates the magnitude of magnetic flux of the induction machine from the magnetic flux of the induction machine, a magnetic flux fall detection means which receives the magnitude of magnetic flux of the induction machine and a magnetic flux command and outputs a detection signal, a torque command calculator which calculates a control torque command from a torque command and the detection signal, and a speed selector which receives the speed of the induction machine, the detection signal and the detection speed and outputs a control speed, wherein the control torque command is inputted to a torque control means in place of the torque command, and the control speed is inputted to the torque control means in place of the speed of the induction machine.
