PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which eliminates white color shift without complicating a process for producing the color filter or changing a color reproduction range to keep a good color balance among three primary colors, and to provide an organic EL display apparatus obtained by using the color filter. SOLUTION: The color filter is used in the organic EL display apparatus using white light whose green emission spectrum is weaker than blue emission spectrum thereof, as a light source, and contains C.I.Pigment Blue 60 as a pigment contained in a blue pixel.
