PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil capable of responding to demand of energy saving or improvement of heating efficiency in an electric insulation treatment of a workpiece by varnish, and further, capable of increasing flexibility of the varnish used by preventing foaming or ignition of the varnish by preventing the local overheat of the workpiece, and a heating device using the same as well as an electric insulation treatment device using the heating device. SOLUTION: The induction heating coil includes a heating part and connections for connecting the heating part to a power supply, and heats a heated object by the heating part. The induction heating coil with the heating part to be a plate-like body and less than a turn, the induction heating device using the induction heating coil, and an electric insulation treatment system using the induction heating device, are provided.
