PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an assist device for electric vehicle which secures safety without impairing maintainability. SOLUTION: Right and left fixing members 32, 33 are fixed in portions of vehicle body 31, which are between right and left rear wheels 22, 23 of an electric vehicle 1 on vehicle front F side from a rear bumper 21. Each of the fixing members 32, 33 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A retaining bracket 41 bent in a channel shape in cross section is provided between both fixing members 32, 33. An accommodation space 44 opened in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is formed between the retaining bracket 41 and a floor panel 34.
