PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized simple exhaust pipe standing wave suppressing device inhibiting leak of exhaust gas and exhaust noise to an outside better than former noise countermeasures. SOLUTION: An opening part 6 communicating to an inside of an exhaust pipe 2 is provided. The opening part 6 is airtightly blocked by a film member 10 having airtightness and deformed by change of exhaust gas pressure. Regulating members 8, 11 having air permeability are disposed at an inside and an outside of the film member 10.
