PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding device capable of accurately folding a workpiece by uniformly applying pressure to the workpiece, and capable of obtaining satisfactory finishing when it is made into a product. SOLUTION: This folding device 1 includes: a frame body 2 which is formed with a pair of first frames 21 arranged in parallel and a second frame 22 to which the base ends of the first frames 21 are connected; a punch P which is arranged as a fixed side die whose both ends are fixed between the top sides of the pair of the first frames; a slide table 3 which is arranged at the base end side of the first frames 21 and arranged so that both the ends are slidable between the first frames 21; a die D which functions as a moving side die by being provided to the slide table 3; and a driving mechanism 4 for sliding and pressing the slide table 3. Since the fixed side die is mounted on the top sides of the pair of the first frames 21 which are arranged in parallel, the workpiece is not interfered with the frame body 2 when the workpiece is folded.
