Disclosed is a compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Z is NR1R2; A is phenyl; B is (CH2)n; Y is a polar functional group as disclosed in the specification and wherein the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound of formula 1 in the preparation of a medicament for treating a muscular disorder or a gastrointestinal disorder.
