PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic processing device and a sound collecting device, providing an effect of a stereo feeling emphasized process in full bands of the frequency of an acoustic signal, and improving flexibility in structure. SOLUTION: A stereo feeling emphasized processing part 70 is equipped with: an LPF (low-pass filter) 71L and 71R for obtaining low frequency components from an acoustic signal of an Lch and Rch; a HPF (high-pass filter) 72L and 72R for obtaining high frequency components; a low frequency component stereo feeling emphasized processing part 74 for providing the stereo feeling emphasized process to the low frequency components; a high frequency component stereo feeling emphasized processing part 75 for providing the stereo feeling emphasized process to the high frequency component; and synthesizing parts 76L and 76R for synthesizing the low frequency component and high frequency component provided by the stereo feeling emphasized process every channel to output the acoustic signal of the Lch and the Rch.
