PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit, a camera body, a coupling structure of camera body and optical unit, and a camera, preventing looseness of the optical unit to the camera body even when the optical unit detachably mounted to the camera body is heavy. SOLUTION: A mount mechanism 30 for detachably mounting a lens barrel 20 to the camera body 10 is constituted of: a body mount 40; and a lens mount 50. The lens mount 50 includes a lens side claw ring relatively rotatably pressed to the lens barrel 20 and energized in the direction of clamping the body mount 40 with a spring and a rotary locking mechanism 70 for regulating the rotation of the lens side claw ring to the lens barrel 20. The rotary locking mechanism 70 is released to relatively rotate the lens barrel in the state of engaging with the body mount 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
