PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens having an optical surface capable of achieving a sufficient effect when coating with high angle dependency is applied, and to provide an imaging apparatus including the same and a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The imaging lens LN includes first and second lens blocks C1 and C2. In the imaging lens LN, at least one surface having negative power is positioned on an object side of a diaphragm ST, and at least one surface having positive power is positioned on an image surface side of the diaphragm ST and closer to the object side than to a lens substrate L22 in the second lens block C2.
