PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for reducing motor vibration. SOLUTION: The rotor 10A is constituted of a magnet 13 whose surface is exposed and a salient pole 14 of a rotor core 12 that functions as the other magnetic pole of the magnet 13.
