PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow proxy response even from a cellular phone in a telephone call to a fixed telephone and to allow the proxy response by other extension also in a telephone call to the cellular phone in an extension system in which the cellular phone and the fixed telephone are mixed. SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a SIP server 10 which preregisters a server and a table which associate a group to which the extension belongs, a terminal type, a telephone number, and a key number flag in the group, and proxy response transfer time of the cellular phone, etc. with one another in a proxy response management server 20 of the extension system and includes a connection or disconnection function of the extension and a proxy response processing function; a radio base station 30 which performs a relay processing between the SIP server 10 and the cellular phone 50; the cellular phone 50 which includes a function for transmitting a proxy response request signal and a function for transmitting a selection result when a proxy response selection signal is received; and the fixed telephone 60.
