PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for highly accurately executing color conversion of data of a RAW image by a relatively simple configuration. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an acquisition part for acquiring the RAW image and color reproduction characteristic information indicating correspondence between pixel values of pixels of respective colors of the imaging apparatus which has photographed the RAW image and two or more kinds of color conversion matrices; a mapping processing part for mapping coordinates of the pixel value of the processing object pixel of the RAW image and the coordinates of the pixel values of a plurality of reference pixels on a common two-dimensional plane using two kinds of variables selected from a set of variable groups defining a prescribed color space; and a matrix operation part for operating the plurality of color conversion matrices selected from the color reproduction characteristic information from the position relation of the coordinates of the pixel value of the processing object pixel and the coordinates of the pixel values of the respective reference pixels on the two-dimensional plane and for obtaining the color conversion matrix for development to be applied in the color conversion processing of the RAW image.
