PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone device for informing an incoming call of only a specific opposite party during ringing an alarm sound. SOLUTION: If a * key is depressed in step S1, a buzzer starts to ring in step S2 and the present position information is calculated. The calculated position information is automatically attached to an e-mail and transmitted to a predetermined destination (steps S3, S4). While the buzzer is continuously ringing, when an incoming call from the predetermined opposite party is received, an incoming call sound rings (steps S8, S10). On the contrary, when an incoming call is received from a party other than the predetermined opposite party, the incoming call sound is stopped and the buzzer continues to ring (steps S8, S9).
