The carriage has two side pads rotating around axes parallel to a longitudinal plane of a seat backrest. A control mechanism controls movement of the pads. A solid weight is provided in the control mechanism and moves in a direction of a centrifugal force acting on a wing rotating mechanism when a passenger of a motor vehicle turns. The wing rotating mechanism rotates wings (6) constituting a carcass of the side pads, so that longitudinal frontal edges move in a direction opposite to the direction of centrifugal force. The solid weight includes a beam (3).
