<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for carrying out a noninvasive test, evaluation and determination on a substance which is generally a part of a human body or other biological entity, for example, a glucose level in a blood, i.e. a blood sugar level. <P>SOLUTION: This noninvasive measurement system receives wave data reflected from the biological entity, for example, human blood, and correlates the received wave data with the substance in the biological entity, for example, a glucose molecule. The waves are light waves or infrared waves. The received wave data forms a matrix of pixels. The matrix of the pixels may be modified by techniques of masking, stretching, or removing hot spots or the like. Additionally, the pixels may be integrated to obtain an integration value which is correlated to the glucose level.
