<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof box which can raise the waterproof performance, and also, can improve workability and save space. <P>SOLUTION: When washing water hits the lower surface 33h of a first waterproof section 33 in an upper cover 15, and blowing up occurs in the upper cover 15, the external surface 30b and the internal surface 33g which become a tapered-in surface in the first waterproof sections 30 and 33 come into contact with and are engaged with each other at that time, and the inlet side of a fine passage 27 is closed. If moisture enters, the moisture enters a dead-end passage 33b, and the vigor is reduced. The moisture the vigor of which has been reduced falls.
