PURPOSE: A transfer guide device, capable of transversal vibration reduction in the rapid deceleration of the guide block, is provided to improve productivity by increasing the operation speed of the transfer guide device. CONSTITUTION: A transfer guide device comprises a guide rail(110), a guide block(120), a roller bearing and connection blocks(140,150). The guide block is arranged on the guide rail in order to be carried along the guide rail. The guide block is formed in the shape covering the top and both side part of the guide rail. The roller bearing is rolling-contacted in the top and both side of the guide rail.
