PURPOSE: A processing method of ginseng after packing is provided to prevent the degradation of processed ginseng, and to improve the pharmacological effect of the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of ginseng after packing comprises the following steps: classifying the ginseng or wood-cultivated ginseng by year-old, after washing; seal-packing the ginseng or the classified wood-cultivated ginseng to make the packaged ginseng or wood-cultivated ginseng; steaming the packaged ginseng or wood-cultivated ginseng for 2~72hours in 85~100deg C: and cooling the packaged ginseng or wood-cultivated ginseng before shipping.
