发明名称 MAGNETICALLY COUPLED TUBE PUMP FOR DENSE LIQUIDS WITH THREADED ROTOR MADE OF A PERMANENT MAGNET
摘要 Invention herewith described refers to the magnetically coupled tube pump for dense liquids with threaded rotor made of a permanent magnet operating on the principle of magnetic coupling of a stator - electromagnets (1) EM mounted on the tube with a permanent magnet placed inside the tube (2) operating at the same time as the rotor and the discharge impeller for the viscous fluid in the form of deep endless screw. Threaded rotor made of the permanent magnet fits fully the diameter of tube made of non-magnetic material and pushes fluid through it because it is run by the rotating magnetic field of an electromagnet. The threaded rotor is axless, and run by a non-magnetic tube (2) wherein it is housed, and rotates without friction with the tube as it floats in the liquid. The only inner part of the pump – the threaded rotor is a movable part: the threaded rotor with external or internal thread. The pump has a frequency converter of rotational speed, and thrust reaction is balanced by attracting the permanent magnet and sheets of electromagnet. The pump can have the thin plastic o-rings placed into the tube in front of and behind the threaded rotor to limit the axial movement of the rotor holding the balance – reacting force support. The pump pushes the dense fluid in both directions along the tube by changing the rotor rotation direction, since the threaded rotor has the same shape on both sides, front and back, that during the rotation injects the liquid into the thread. It is designed for low flow rates and higher density liquids as an force or recirculating miniature pump for liquid temperatures not exceeding 1/2 value of the Curie temperature determined for permanent magnetic materials selected for the rotor manufacturing.
