PURPOSE: A compound for an organic photoelectric device is provided to ensure thermal stability and high luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A compound for an organic photoelectric device is gradually bound to substituents of chemical formulas 1-3. In chemical formulas 1-3, Q^1-Q^5 and Qa^1-Qa^5 are each different or same N or CR; and R^1-R^5 is each same or different hydrogen, substituted or non-substituted carbazolyl group, substituted or non-substituted aryl group of C6-C30, substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl group of C3-C30, substituted or non-substituted aryl amine group of C6-C30 or mixture thereof.
