PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head slider which can suppress a lubricant from being stuck onto a pad surface.SOLUTION: A wall surface 14a facing the flow-out side of an air flow, which is formed between the end 11p of a flow-out side pad 11b and the end 13p of a deep groove surface 13, has a center 15c defined outside the flow-out side pad surface 11b, has a radius h equal to the depth of the deep groove surface 13 with respect to the flow-out side pad surface 11b, and is located on a side coincident with a 1/4 circumferential surface 15r reaching the depth equal to that from the end 11p of the flow-out side pad surface 11b to the deep groove surface 13 or is located closer to the center. |
