PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler plant capable of easily coping with fluctuation of an excessive steam amount to be treated, and capable of easily carrying out maintenance.SOLUTION: The boiler plant 1 includes a main steam pipe 15 supplying steam from a marine boiler 3 to a steam turbine 5, and branch piping 21 branched off from the main steam pipe 15 and having a branch desuperheater 25 reducing a temperature of the steam. An auxiliary desuperheater 33 supplying water to reduce the temperature of the steam, and auxiliary piping 23 having a flow regulating valve 37 opened and closed in response to a flow rate of the steam are included in the branch piping 21, and the branch desuperheater 25 and the auxiliary desuperheater 33 are disposed in an exterior of the marine boiler 3. |
