PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detecting device and a radiation image detection system, capable of obtaining the subtraction image of high image quality.SOLUTION: The radiation detecting device 20 includes a radiation detector 19 composed by laminating two sheets of a first radiation detection constituent unit 18a and a second radiation detection constituent unit 18b for detecting radiation 14 carrying image information and converting it to image signals. The first radiation detection constituent unit 18a disposed on the side of the front surface 19a of the radiation detector 19 irradiated with the radiation 14 has a first radiation absorption part for absorbing the low energy component of the radiation 14, and the second radiation detection constituent unit 18b disposed on the side of the back surface 19b of the radiation detector 19 has a second radiation absorption part for absorbing the high energy component of the radiation 14. |
