PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly communicate a list of disaster objects and disaster states to each recovery worker, allowing a disaster maintenance service center to surely grasp a recovery condition.SOLUTION: This broader disaster communication system includes an elevator control panel 2 or a monitoring device 3 transmitting an abnormality report including identification data and disaster state data of disaster-recovery objects, to which disaster has occurred during disaster; a maintenance service control center 4 receiving the object identification data and the disaster state data included in the abnormality report transmitted from the elevator control panel or the monitoring device, and creating and providing a map for controlling the disaster recovery with disaster states such as information relating to the disaster-recovery objects, the disaster recovery workers, and the disaster states; and a mobile terminal 8 which receives the map for controlling the disaster recovery with disaster states from the maintenance service control center 4 through access and displays the map on a display part, carried by each disaster recovery worker carries, at the time of disaster occurrence. |
