PURPOSE: A sliding device and an electronic device with the same are provided to enable a user to conveniently use keys of a key input unit located in front of a first member. CONSTITUTION: A first slider(31) is installed in one end of a first member. A second slider(32) is installed in a second member. The second slider is movably installed in the first slider. One end of a rotation link(33) is installed in a first member to be rotatable. Another end of the rotation link is installed in a second member to be rotatable. An interlocking unit(35) is connected to a movement of a first slider to enable a rotation link to rotate.
