PURPOSE: An automatic hula hoop is provided, which enables a user to exercise regardless of a place and improves exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hula hoop is constituted as follows. The automatic hula hoop uses a powertrain or a wheel mounted on a chain. The torque delivered to a motor is delivered to a chain wheel and rotates a finger pressure wheel installed on the chain. In an apparatus with a chain(11b) installed to two cog wheels, a motor is equipped to a cog wheel(10a) and delivers power. A wheel(12c) mounted on the chain performs finger-pressure on abdomen.
