Method of making a corner connection with hollow plastic profiles

The method involves removing an outer face (13) of a plastic-hollow chamber profile (7) by sawing or milling process for forming an overleap joint-notch (12). A section or milling part is notched on the plastic-hollow chamber profile in an area of a rollover chamber, where the part runs in an angle (alpha) up to a line (B). Another plastic-hollow chamber profile is welded with the former plastic-hollow chamber profile in a miter cutting range, and an overleap joint of the latter plastic-hollow chamber profile is covered with the notch of the former plastic-hollow chamber profile.
