PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new polyurethane topcoats to an aged coating which improve the poor adhesion based on surface phenomena of the aged coating and entrapped water.SOLUTION: A coating composition for refinishing aged surface comprises at least one curable polyurethane and at least one chlorinated polyolefin, wherein an amount of the at least one chlorinated polyolefin ranges from 1-10 wt.% of the total solids weight of the coating composition.
