PURPOSE: A silk nano-fiber neurogram pipe and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of exchanging body fluid through an air gap are provided to enhance neurogenesis effect and recover exercise and sense. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silk nano-fiber neurogram pipe comprises as follows. The silk nano-fiber neurogram pipe is prepared. A silk nano fabric of a neurogram pipe is manufactured by electrospinning the silk nano-fiber neurogram to a collecting unit. The silk nanofiber of the conduit shape is divided from the gathering unit. A collecting unit is coated on polyethyleneoxide.
