PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the operations of laying out and removing a step passage for the traveling of a vehicle, by a worker's hand work. SOLUTION: The plurality of step passages are laid between lower and upper surfaces 11 and 12 by being put into the state of being connected together. The step passage 10 has a main slope 21; a base end is provided with a fixing piece 23 which is fixed to the lower surface 11; and a leading end is provided with a bearing support 24 which is supported on the lower surface 11. A sub-slope 27 is turnably connected to the main slope 21; and the leading end abuts on the upper surface 12. A leading end of the sub-slope 27 is provided with a bridge piece 31 which is arranged between the upper surface 12 and the sub-slope 27. The plurality of step passages 10 are laid in the state of being connected together in such a manner as to have a width greater in dimension than a distance between wheels of the vehicle.
