<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste for forming a plasma display panel electrode, wherein the photosensitive paste can form a bus electrode of a plasma display panel where a black layer and a conductive layer are integrated, can reduce manufacturing cost and bake at low temperature by reducing usage of a black pigment, can form a high resolution electrode pattern, and can improve degree of blackness of the plasma display panel without increasing resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste for forming the plasma display panel electrode includes: (a) 40-80 pts.wt. of metal powder for electrode; (b) 1-10 pts.wt. of V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>based, or V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>based and Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-ZnO-B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>based-mixed black glass frit; (c) 1-7 pts.wt. of Cu-Co-Mn based black pigment; and (d) 7-40 pts.wt. of photosensitive organic component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
