METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for efficiently producing a composite particle excellent in structural uniformity.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the composite particle, which includes a core particle and a covering material formed to cover at least a part of the surface of the core particle, includes: a vessel for housing a mixed fluid containing the core particle, the covering material and a solvent for dissolving the covering material; a pressurizing means for pressurizing the mixed fluid in the vessel; a flow path which has two or more throttle parts arranged in series and is used for transferring the mixed fluid of a pressurized and supercritical or subcritical state; and a nozzle which is arranged at tip of the flow path and used for jetting the mixed fluid transferred through the flow path.
