<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter value checking device allowing one worker to check an actual meter value against a display meter value to be displayed in a building facility management device with high precision only by himself/herself. <P>SOLUTION: This meter value checking device includes a meter value inputting part 2 for reading an actual meter value of each actual meter 7 and a display meter value to be displayed by a display meter 8 and inputting them, a reading time recording part 3 for measuring the times when the actual meter value and the display meter value are read and calculating a difference between the times, a displayed meter value storing part 4 for storing the information of history of the displayed meter values in the past, a fluctuation model preparing part 5 for selecting a day for reading meter value and the day in the past including the environment conditions resembling those of the day for reading meter value, extracting the information of history of the displayed meter values in the day, and preparing a fluctuation model showing the meter displayed values in one day, and a meter value checking part 6 allowing the worker to confirm that a difference between the actual meter value and the displayed meter value is within the threshold value set based on the reading time by using the fluctuation model and the difference in time and check it against the set threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
