<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a packet not intended is unavoidably received dependent on identification information utilized by a communication device. <P>SOLUTION: An interface controller 104 of a communication device of a LAN 104 connected to a router 102 for relaying a packet from the Internet 103 to the LAN 104 according to a destination port number receives an internal address set in the controller. A service supplier 204 performs service start processing for enabling data supply to the Internet 103.
