PURPOSE: A lamination chamber for manufacturing a solar cell module is provided to reduce time required for implementing operations by easily implementing the replace operation of a diaphragm sheet. CONSTITUTION: A lower chamber(410) includes an inlet(412) which is formed on one side facing a conveyor unit. The inlet is opened and closed using a door(414). A supporting roller(420) supporting the bottom side of a solar cell substrate(S) is installed to the bottom side of the lower chamber. A cover(430) opens and closes the upper side(B) of the lower chamber. A heating stage(500) is installed in the processing space(A) of a vacuum chamber(400).
