<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition superior in storage stability, heat resistance, transparency, base material adhesion, and flatness, and to provide a coating agent containing the photosensitive composition and a color filter protective film, an interlayer dielectric, and a photospacer using it. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition includes: an acrylic curable resin (A) having a linear/branched-chain 1-4C alkyl group, a carboxyl group, and an ethylenic unsaturated group; at least one epoxy compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an epoxy compound having a monocyclic ring, an epoxy compound having a bicyclic ring, and an epoxy compound having a tricyclic ring; a polymerizable compound (C) having an ethylenic unsaturated group; and a solvent (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
