<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide synchronized water which can be used for preventing bad health due to coordinated homeodynamics and for parasympathetic activation, stimulation of humoral immunity, problems of fatigue or stress, blood pressure, oxidizing metabolism and optimized energy utilization. <P>SOLUTION: A device for treatment of tinnitus comprises a pathognomonic geometrical matrix and a support. When an incident light having a wavelength of 360-4,000 nm passes through the pathognomonic geometrical matrix and then is brought in contact with water or a medium containing water, the water in a distilled condition and at atmospheric pressure has: density of from 0.997855 to 0.998836 g/ml at 22°C; a water temperature at a freezing point of from -6.7 to -8.2°C; a melting point of from 0.1 to 0.2°C; surface tension at 22°C of from 72.3 to 72.7 dyn/cm; and a dielectric constant of from 82.4 to 82.6 F/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
