<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device using a magnetic sheet for RFID (radio-frequency identification) that allows punching work without scattering processing powder, capable of reducing a process load during manufacture, and less dispersion of a resonance frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna device includes an antenna element 305 formed by integrating a magnetic sheet 304, having soft magnetism with an antenna sheet 3, with a loop antenna pattern 102 formed on a sheet base material 101. An opening 19 is provided inside the loop antenna pattern 102; an outer edge part of the magnetic sheet 304 and a peripheral part of the opening 19 are formed of a soft magnetic sheet 302, having a flat shape and made of an adulterant of metal powder and a resin; and an area between them is formed with a ferrite sintered body sheet 301 formed of a sintered body of ferrite. The outer edge part and the opening 19 of the antenna element 305 have cut surfaces 17 and 18, cut collectively after the magnetic sheet 304 is integrated with the antenna sheet 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
