<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy for a user to understand the operation procedure of remote control to an information processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation input is performed to a program transmission request image displayed in the display image of an electronic manual 1, an electronic manual edition program 2 and an emulation program 3 are transmitted from a download server 10 to a user terminal 20.
