PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a two-piece structure and structurally prevent the loss of an edge of an anchoring groove of a ceramic plate. SOLUTION: This anchor fitting includes: one piece 4 for fixing the ceramic plate, which includes a pair of claws 8 hooked on the pair of parallel anchoring grooves 3b on the backside 3a of the ceramic plate 3, and a flat base plate 9 brought into contact with the backside 3a of the ceramic plate 3 between the claws 8, and which is mounted on the side of the ceramic plate 3 by hooking the claw 8 on the anchoring groove 3b; a center piece 2 which is placed on the piece 4 and mounted on the side of the building frame; and a fastening implement 5 for connecting the pieces 4 and the center piece 2 together and fixing the piece 4 to the ceramic plate 3 by deforming it. The base plate 9 of the piece 4 includes a slit 10 which divides the piece 4 into a first area 9a including the one claw 8 and a second area 9b including the other claw 8. The first and second areas 9a and 9b are connected together by means of connecting bridges 11 which are provided at both the ends of the slit 10, respectively; and the piece 4 is integrated.
