PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of dental plaque and dental calculus by coating the surfaces of teeth with silica borate by solving the problem that it is difficult to keep charged silica borate for coating the surfaces of teeth contained in a mouthwash for a long time. SOLUTION: Silica borate is charged immediately before use by keeping pH-conditioned water in a mouthwash container having a charging mechanism.
