PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device capable of enhancing the safety by damping shocks sustained during a collision of an automobile. SOLUTION: It is important that not only an external structure of an automobile absorbs the sustained force for enhancing the safety at a sustained part since the external structure is most possibly brought into contact with other object first while the automobile travels or is stopped, but also the external structure wards off any contact without sustaining it. Thus, by mounting a plurality of rotating bodies and a safety device having a rubber belt circulating therearound on each part of an automobile body, the shocks can be weakened by the safety device when the automobile is collided.
